Your way into nuclear
In one month, we tell you whether nuclear is right for your company, and which way in.
For industrial SMEs skilled in machining, welding, boilermaking, assembly or maintenance that have never worked for the nuclear industry.
Let's talk for 30 minutesThe industry is speeding up
Nuclear is launching major projects again. In France alone, the industry will need to hire 100,000 people by 2035 (France Travail, February 2026), and its current suppliers won't be enough to keep up.
From the outside, the sector looks closed and complicated. What it needs most is companies that know how to work precisely.
The craft is the same
In a nuclear plant, a welder, a machinist or an insulation fitter does the same job they do anywhere else. Everything around it changes: traceability, risk analysis, safety culture, site access rules.
We help companies that master the right skills take them into nuclear.
The one-month assessment
What we look at
- your skills against what the industry expects;
- your quality system against ISO 19443;
- your teams' safety culture;
- your key people and what they hold;
- your ability to fund the ramp-up.
What you get
- a clear answer: go now or wait;
- the path that best fits your company;
- the first steps, with the time and resources they require.
Four ways in
01
Qualify
Become a supplier in your own right: quality system, safety culture, supplier listing. Expect two to three years before real orders.
02
Partner
Work under a supplier that is already listed. The first order comes faster, with a lower margin.
03
Acquire
Buy a small company that is already qualified. It is the shortest path.
04
Sell
The company has the means, its owner no longer has the energy for this new venture. We prepare the sale and the handover of technical and human know-how, so the buyer takes over a company that runs without its owner. We bring in our network of M&A brokers to find the right buyer.
Who we are
Roman Nédellec
Engineer by training. Nearly ten years at the Belleville-sur-Loire nuclear plant in France: reliability, refuelling outages, project manager for all primary-circuit operations, then lead of the site's WANO peer review. Running industrial SMEs since 2017: one takeover, one external growth deal, two sales. I still support WANO review teams on missions.
